Preparations are at the verge of completion for the 3rd Edition of the Agri-Investment and Capital Market Conference (AICM2023), holding in Lagos on 27th of April 2023.
The organizer, Welcome2Africa International, said the conference offered agricultural investors from all walks of life an opportunity to participate in the meeting of international capital market players where over $40 million worth of agri-investment opportunities will be showcased.
Welcome2Africa International, in a statement copied to DAILY COMMERCE Nigeria, said this year’s conference is themed “Expanding Agribusinesses through Capital Market Investment and other Financial Instruments.”
“The conversation will address some of the challenges that have prevented investors to take on agribusiness investment in Nigeria while showcasing various instruments and opportunities for investors,” the organizer said.
Among the keenly selected speakers for the conference is a former banker, Tajudeen Abubakar, the Innovative Finance Manager at Heifer International, who is widely respected by the industry players for his intellectual endowment on matters of agribusiness and agricultural finance in Nigeria and beyond.
