Kano gov signs NN58.1bn supplementary budge into law
Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf on Thursday signed a N58.19 billion supplementary budget for 2023 into law.
The governor promised fiscal discipline and transparency in the allocation of public resources, a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Sanusi Bature, said.
“This suplementary budget is meant to take care of the infrastructural development that were not captured by the 2023 budget to meet the aspirations of the good people of Kano state,” he said.
The bill signing ceremony was attended by the Speaker Kano State House of Assembly, Jibrin Ismail Falgore and principal officers of the assembly.
